How it works
- Customize Your Survey
- Choose 3 Comparison Groups
- Create up to 3 custom demographic questions
- Develop up to 20 custom questions
- Add an optional question set
- Administer the Survey
- Belk Center staff will administer the survey to employees via e-mail or provide an open link that can be shared by your institution. Several reminders will be sent to employees at designated intervals.
- Receive Survey Reports
- Within 10 weeks of survey completion, Belk Center staff will generate your reports.

| Custom Qualitative Question: Institutional partner develops additional open-ended questions in consultation with PACE team. PACE staff include additional open-ended questions in survey administration. Custom qualitative questions will be included in Canvs analysis and qualitative data file. | $1,000 per question |
| Custom Analysis, Reporting, and Presentation Options: The PACE Team can provide customized qualitative or quantitative analysis, supplemental reporting, and support data presentation and dissemination efforts to meet the needs of your institution. Available Discounts
Institutions may be eligible for more than one discount and may stack discounts. However, the maximum discount for a service agreement is 30%.
10% PACE Premier Partner Discount*: Applied to institutions that have administered the PACE Survey four or more times since 2010.
15% Early Bird Discount (Academic Year): Sign your service agreement before September 12, 2025, to receive a 15% discount off the fees associated with the PACE report. The survey must launch before March 20, 2026.
15% Group Discount: A group or system of institutions with only one point of contact, utilizing a single distribution of a survey to multiple locations with using the same survey questions, distribution method, and communications language, will qualify for a 15% discount off of the total fees associated with the PACE report.
15% North Carolina Discount: Institutions of higher education in North Carolina qualify for a 15% discount off of the total fees associated with the PACE report.
Statewide Agreements: Customized statewide agreements can be negotiated with system office or state officials. Please contact the PACE Team at PACE_survey@ncsu.edu to discuss this option.
