Statewide and System Agreements

The Belk Center holds two Statewide agreements and contracts with both Minnesota and North Carolina. Additional details about what is included in those pre-set packages is included below. If you are part of a statewide system of community colleges or part of a large district of colleges and want to learn more about statewide/system agreements, please contact us at pace_survey@ncsu.edu.

Minnesota State Administration

The PACE Climate Survey and Minnesota State Colleges and Universities have a master agreement in place to provide the PACE Climate Survey at a discounted rate to all Minnesota institutions. The cost to administer will be discounted by 25%, saving you over $1,800! Under this agreement, your survey will include standard*:

  • Full service PACE Survey
  • Question set on Racial Diversity
  • Question set on Student Success
  • 20 custom questions designed by Minnesota State
  • One custom demographic item designed by Minnesota State
  • Standard Reporting
  • Tabulated Quantitative data file and codebook
  • Tabulated Qualitative Comments data file
  • One 60 minute Report Interpretation Consultation session with campus leadership
  • Custom data file/analysis report

*Additional Services: You may elect to add on additional items to your survey. These items will also receive a 25% discount.

North Carolina Administration

The PACE Climate Survey is available for free to North Carolina Community Colleges during the 2023-2024 academic year. This free administration includes:

  • Full service PACE Survey
  • Question set on Racial Diversity
  • Question set on Student Success
  • 14 custom questions designed specifically for North Carolina Community Colleges
  • One custom demographic item designed specifically for North Carolina Community Colleges
  • Standard Reporting
  • Tabulated Quantitative data file and codebook
  • One 60 minute Report Interpretation Consultation session with campus leadership
